Amelia's Homecoming

So far things have gone really well at home. Papa (Grandpa Evans also doesn't want to be called Grand-anything so we are trying out some other names) and Merrill were here through Sunday for Thanksgiving. They spent lots of time in the kitchen and left us with great leftovers. Amelia loved having them to hangout with and misses them lots. She is also having fun meeting all her friends in Chicago and her cousin Georgia! Her first bath was very eventful with Amelia showing off her bodily function skills.

  3. Congrats Whitney and Mark!! She's gorgeous and so lucky to have you two as parents. Merrill sounded super excited that she got to be there and honored by your name choice :)

  4. Dear Amelia,

Thank you for the lovely thank you note. It's great to see that your parents are getting you started right!

We do hope you enjoy the book. Maybe your Papa (I know he doesn't want to be Grand anything) is familiar and can read it to you.

As for crying when you're hungry, you'll find that in the Evans household someone is always crying to eat. It's something we do very well and we look forward to you joining us!

Your Great Uncle in the Great Northwest
